Lock problem
The lock is showing a yellow light when the fab its presented and does not unlock door, its main important in and out door . And its very important we get that fix , thank you

Looking for explanation
I install a dormakaba ITS 96 closer mechanism al the frame of the door and the slider on the door itself. Originally I installed the closer mechanism on the door and the sliding guide on the door, then the door was capable to lock at 120 degree and at 180 degree., while now no. What I can do in order to the door do it again.
